While traveling with my family in California on vacation, driving up the coast from San Diego to San Francisco, I locked my keys in the rental minivan at 6pm on a Tuesday night. Our car insurance towing service connected us to a towing company out of our county, in fact, it was in Colorado [crazy]!
I'm in California.
This was after I had contacted our insurance company 2 days prior and scheduled a tow.
The morning of the scheduled tow and after 2 hours of multiple phone calls due to the lack of service, the insurance co.
Called SLO Tow when a female family member had a blowout on the downside of Cuesta Grade this morning, they hooked us up with help in 10 minutes, and it was for free.
