Called them about an old abandoned car on my property and Luis came. the next day and handily dealt with some difficult logistics getting the car out of its tight spot. He was super friendly and a total pro. I had the best experience with Black Butte Towing I was stranded in McCloud for 5 hours waiting on another tow service.
