If you have purchased the vehicle, but have not yet transferred the registration into your name, you must do so before attempting to redeem the vehicle.

Jennifer was awesome, polite and most important, the communication between their office and the driver was excellent.
They were spot on in giving me a timeline when they will be at my home.
The driver Ken was very helpful in putting my car in the carport, where I wanted it.
He was very courteous and respectful person.
I would like to mention, the whole business is courteous, respectful, and very helpful.
