Please contact the appropriate yard location (Sparks, Nevada or Truckee, California) to verify that we have your vehicle and to make arrangements for pickup.
Make sure you know the year, make, model, and license plate number of your vehicle.
In addition, please inform us of the location where you believe your vehicle was towed from.

That there are no law enforcement holds on your vehicle required to be released before you can access your vehicle.
