While having my car towed was not an experience I hoped for, the location where it was held was very secure, and Michael could not have been any kinder through the pick up process. He was very helpful and understanding. Andre with the on call service was also very calm and patient even though he is dealing with people who are not calm and patient in return. If I ever have a need for towing I will absolutely call R&M first.
